The goal for this challenge is to achieve the maximal amount of progress toward our fitness goals within a short period of time (28 days). Effort and CONSISTENCY are the keys to success, therefore, this challenge will only work if you do! The challenge is based on a progressive workout program in which each week will provide more of a workload for participants to push through ultimately creating a stronger, fitter and healthier human! The program calls for 5 “Discipline Days” each week for 4 weeks (If you are disciplined 7 days of the week, even better but know that rest and recovery is required for optimal RESULTS). I'll create a customized plan tailored to your unique needs. My four-week plan is based on an online questionnaire where you identify what you do & don't like to eat, your goals, how active you are, and how many times a week you want to cook. You'll also get a shopping list. The list is conveniently broken down by product category and shelf life, so you can quickly get everything without spontaneous purchases and unnecessary spending. You'll be given instructions to help you reach your goal as quickly as possible. Once payment is made, your meal plan recommendations will be emailed to you within 48 hours AFTER you complete your preferences.
